I’m Susan, a qualified Personal Trainer from Edinburgh, and mum to my two beautiful boys Blair and Finn.
 
My aim is to help you achieve your fitness goals, understand your body and challenge you to be the best version of yourself.

My programmes will help you to relax, build confidence, have fun but most importantly, do something just for you!
