Exercising regularly can help reduce weight, blood pressure, stroke, premature heart disease, osteoporosis and even the chance of developing diabetes.
There is no particular level of activity that you have to reach before you can benefit – a little is better than none although you should try to complete moderately intense cardiovascular exercise 30 minutes a day, five days a week.
Exercise can also speed up your metabolism for serval hours and help increase energy levels, which can make you feel good about yourself!!
