If 2020 taught us anything, it has taught us things don’t always go to plan and that flexibility is key to success. So, the great news is that I now offer 1:1 Personal Training in person or online, to fit around you and your busy lifestyles.
What to expect from a personal training session with me? We will meet for a free, no obligation consultation which gives me a chance to get to know you and discuss your goals, your preferences and challenges. I can take your measurements and assess your current fitness levels and diet. Don’t be put off, we all start somewhere!
I will create a fitness programme for you initially focussing on your preferences and introducing new exercises gradually. I promise it’s not all sprints and burpees! The programme I create will be designed to meet your goals, keep you motivated to avoid boredom and deliver the results you are looking for.
