Pre & Post Natal Fitness
Hello Mummies and welcome to Baby & Me Fitness. On the 11th May 2018 I gave birth to my beautiful boy Blair. This personal experience plus my formal training taught me a lot about how to keep fit and healthy pre and post pregnancy. I want to use these skills to now guide and support all you mummies out there.
Baby & Me Fitness Class: The fitness class allows you to get fit & healthy with no worry about childcare, baby & toddlers welcome. It is a 45minute bodyweight workout that involves cardio & strengthening exercises plus pelvic floor exercises.
