At Streamline Personal Training our aim is to help you to achieve your fitness goals and to challenge you to exceed them
We have worked within the fitness industry for 14 years, within large gyms and organisations, with individual clients and with small groups of clients. We have qualifications in a number of exercise regimes, in addition to nutrition and other complimenting areas. Our wide-ranging qualifications and experiences allow me to offer fitness programmes and training encompassing a total body and lifestyle approach.
We offer a full compliment of fitness services to clients in central Edinburgh and the Lothians.
We believe that personal fitness should be an enjoyable part of everyday life and beyond the obvious health benefits my programmes will help you to relax, build confidence and have fun.
