PT and your goals!
If the last few years have taught us anything, it's that things don’t always go to plan and that flexibility is key to success. So, the great news is that I now offer 1:1 Personal Training in person or online, to fit around you and your busy lifestyles.
What to expect from a personal training session with me?
We will meet for a free, no obligation consultation which gives me a chance to get to know you and discuss your goals, your preferences and challenges. I can take your measurements and assess your current fitness levels and diet. Don’t be put off, we all start somewhere!
I will create a fitness programme for you initially focussing on your preferences and introducing new exercises gradually. I promise it’s not all sprints and burpees! The programme I create will be designed to meet your goals, keep you motivated to avoid boredom and deliver the results you are looking for.

If, like many people, you would like to bring a friend, to have someone to workout with, be accountable to and to encourage you. I can offer training on a one to two ratio.
In person 1:1 starts from £270 for 5 sessions, with reduced rates for couples, groups and longer commitments.

Small Group Personal Training
It's fun, sociable, with extra motivation! And Yes, of course a 1-2-1 coach is going to be even more personable but that doesn’t mean it’s a huge a difference within a small group.
The right small group personal training coach will be able to lead you and the group through a super effective workout, whilst also tailoring the session to each individual’s wants and needs.
There might just be a little less small talk between you and the coach, but this is made up by the chat with the other people in the session!
Small Personal training is also cost- effective that still allows the benefits of personal training at a more affordable price, that will get you into a momentum to exercise for the long run.
Regular workouts in the same group provide peer motivation as members encourage one another to accomplish their objectives. “You can pair up with buddies and track performance. To make it more fun in achievable your health and fitness goals.
Numbers for small group PT is between 3-4 people.
Can be done at my gym, outdoors or online vis zoom.

From personal experience (including having a baby at 41!) and professional training, I know how different our bodies can feel as we move through life. That’s why I offer tailored support that goes far beyond a generic workout plan. My coaching is rooted in understanding the changes that happen during pregnancy, postnatal recovery, perimenopause, and menopause - and how movement, strength, and self-care can help you thrive through them.
