About Me

Hi! I’m Susan, an Edinburgh lass, Mumma and qualified PT. My aim is to help you achieve your fitness goals, understand your body and challenge you to be the best version of yourself.

I have worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years starting my career with large gyms and organisations. I train individuals and small groups of clients so I can focus on you and what you hope to achieve. We all have different goals, let's smash them together.

You can find a list of my qualifications below, including several exercise regimes, specialist subjects and nutritional advice. These allow me to offer fitness programmes and training that encompasses a total lifestyle approach.

I believe that fitness is for everyone and should be an enjoyable part of everyday life. My programmes will help you to relax, build confidence, have fun but most importantly, do something just for you.

Women's Health

Women’s health isn’t one-size-fits-all - and neither is my approach.

As a specialist in female fitness, I’m passionate about helping women feel strong, supported, and empowered through every chapter of life. Whether you’re navigating the hormonal shifts of perimenopause, rebuilding strength after having a baby, or simply trying to make space for yourself in a busy life - you’re in the right place.

From personal experience (including having a baby at 41!) and professional training, I know how different our bodies can feel as we move through life. That’s why I offer tailored support that goes far beyond a generic workout plan. My coaching is rooted in understanding the changes that happen during pregnancy, postnatal recovery, perimenopause, and menopause - and how movement, strength, and self-care can help you thrive through them.

It's not about pushing harder - it's about working smarter with your body, not against it.

If you want to feel confident, capable, and connected to your body again, I’d love to help.
