Did you know that group exercise classes can be one of the most effective ways to get fit, lose weight, build a better body and sustain a healthy lifestyle?

Some benefits of my fitness classes are;

It’s super easy - because I'm planning the workout you don’t have to think about a thing – simply turn up, follow the instructions and leave. Workout done!

Build a community - enjoy the experience with like minded people and find your tribe! Motivate each other, chat and spend time with friends!

Stops your workouts becoming same-y - when at the gym or home I bet you find yourself doing the same thing over and over! Come and enjoy a range of exercise and movements!

Feel happier - a group exercise class can lead to a higher endorphin output than other exercise, finish really buzzing!

Small Group Personal Training

It's fun, sociable, with extra motivation! And yes, of course a 1-2-1 coach is going to be even more personable but that doesn’t mean it’s a huge a difference within a small group.


The right small group personal training coach will be able to lead you and the group through a super effective workout, whilst also tailoring the session to each individual’s wants and needs.


There might just be a little less small talk between you and the coach, but this is made up by the chat with the other people in the session!


Small Personal training is also cost- effective that still allows the benefits of personal training at a more affordable price, that will get you into a momentum to exercise for the long run.

Regular workouts in the same group provide peer motivation as members encourage one another to accomplish their objectives.

 

You can pair up with buddies and track performance. To make it more fun in achievable your health and fitness goals.

Numbers for small group PT is between 3-4 people.

Can be done at my gym, outdoors or online vis zoom.

Baby & Me

The fitness class allows you to get fit & healthy with no worry about childcare, babies & toddlers are welcome along!

 

It is a 45 minute bodyweight workout that involves cardio & strengthening exercises plus those all important pelvic floor exercises.
