The idea of organising childcare just to attend a workout? Sometimes that’s the biggest barrier of all. That’s why I honestly believe bringing your baby along is a golden ticket. No packing them off. No stressing about naps lining up perfectly. No guilt.

And just to be clear - this isn’t a “use your baby as a kettlebell” class. That’s not my bag. Your little one can chill on a mat, explore safely, or simply stay close to you, while you focus on your own body for 45 minutes.
