Fresh and Innovative Workout Routines: I am not here for boring, repetitive workouts! I like to create fresh and innovative workout routines to keep things interesting and engaging, but also through my years of experience I know what works - so we'll focus on the basics too. By constantly mixing up exercises and introducing new challenges, we'll prevent boredom and avoid plateaus, ensuring you’re always motivated and progressing towards your goals.





A Holistic Approach to Fitness: True fitness goes beyond just working out, and I believe in taking a much wider, personal approach. My journey with you will encompass advice on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and mental well-being, which are crucial for your overall health, but often overlooked. It's what you get working with someone closely that no app or you tube series can ever give!


Fun and Laughter in Training Sessions: Who says fitness can't be fun? It might not have been in the past, but my training sessions are designed to be enjoyable and often filled with laughter. While we stay focused on achieving your goals, I also ensure that the process is never taken too seriously. This balance keeps you motivated - if you don't have a good time doing something you're not going to do it! I really try to make the journey towards fitness something to look forward to.





Consistent Support and Motivation: Consistency is key to any fitness journey, and my support will help you push through challenges, build habits and stay on track. Whether you’re facing a tough workout or struggling to find the will to get it done, I’ll be there to encourage and guide you whether you're an in person or online client. At the end of the day accountability is a big thing, that makes a huge difference to your results - and I know we can do this in a positive way, not a 'biggest loser' shouting kind of vibe!


Balance in Life: Fitness should complement your life, not restrict it. I believe in enjoying life to the fullest, which includes going out to eat, going on holiday, and having a drink with friends. It’s not about being overly restrictive but about finding a healthy balance that works for you.
