Trainerize - the new software for online training clients!

This month I thought I would update you on the new software, the Trainerize App platform,  I am using with my online training clients. It’s been in play for a couple of months now and I’m so pleased to have some positive feedback from my clients, and it’s been great for me to ensure I’m giving value to my clients, and the best workouts possible!


I think it’s important to invest in software that is truly helpful for you on your journey, but also something that allows me to provide the high touch personal service which I think is so important. Let’s face it nowadays you can probably get a workout plan from anywhere, but working alongside an expert who gets to know you and your goals one to one is going to give you the highest chance, and most fun path to success!


The app is better set up than the previous tool I used, and I believe it is far more user friendly. It includes your personalised workouts plus extra fitness, nutrition and habit coaching features, plus in-app messaging, progress tracking and more - everything I need to motivate and inspire my clients, and myself!

Personalised Training


It also gives more options for you to train with me with workouts you can complete in your own time in the gym, at home or even outdoors. I can tailor your workouts specifically to the environment you like to work out in, whether that be in training for a big cycle, run or event, or improving your fitness and meeting goals for your overall well being. I can deliver your personalised programmes straight to your fingertips, and track your progress alongside you in real time, while monitoring your exercises, before and after photos, body stats and nutrition. I can add notes and extra instructions, and video demonstrations of the exercises meaning you can fully trust you’re getting the most from them, and completing them safely. 





Automations


Having all the built in automations also allows me to spend less time on admin and more time supporting you - you’ll get extra personal reminders when workouts appear, and a little push to get on with them! That extra helping hand on your journey. 


Keeping in Touch


I love the contact I can have with you through the app - I can send you one-on-one messages, acknowledge your progress and even connect just as moments happen thanks to trainer notifications I can get. It allows me to easily engage with you in-app to check in, so you don’t have to worry about another WhatsApp chain, and I can give you extra tips and help you keep your motivation high whilst we work together through your client dashboard.

Notifications can also provide reminders to you for work outs and check ins - helping to keep you on track. 


Weekly Support


You can rate your workouts from easy, moderate and hard, I can see if you’ve completed them and all of this helps me to evaluate and judge what workouts to plan for you next. I don't believe in planning you a 6 week workout plan, that’s not very personalised in my opinion. By checking in weekly and evaluating progress, and even what you liked and disliked, I can give you the next week of workouts to accurately meet the next steps in your goal - whilst also really taking into account your lifestyle, home life, family commitments - all the things that get in the way sometimes!


Integrations


The Trainerize platform also allows you to sync up your wearable trackers to the app, and link up things like My Fitness Pal if you’re using them to meet nutrition goals - so it really becomes a powerful platform for you to not only use for your workouts with me, but overall to support you on your fitness path. You can also record measurements at the start of your journey, and track these if you are working toward specific body goals. 


How often do I need to work out?


I leave this entirely up to you - and we discuss this at the start based on what you want to get out of your plan - some clients want daily, some 2-3 times a week - again entirely dependent on many other life factors! The benefit in the personalised support is I take my lead from you, while using my expertise to guide you in a way that I think will have the most impact for you within the time you have.
